WHAT IS INCLUDED
Receive a separate written response or review report in your portal, identifying the original FRA, the documents considered, the agreed scope, our observations and your next steps. One follow-up clarification about the same issue is included.
The starting scope is one straightforward HMO or small commercial property, one FRA of up to 50 pages and up to ten significant findings. Larger reports, multiple buildings, specialist premises or extensive supporting evidence are priced separately before work starts.
We assess the information supplied. A desktop review does not verify unseen building conditions, replace your FRA, certify compliance or confirm that remedial work is complete. If photographs, specialist evidence or a site visit are needed, we explain that clearly.
Budget estimates are indicative ranges with assumptions and exclusions. A firm works quotation is a separate proposal based on an agreed scope and sufficient evidence.
HOW IT WORKS
Use your approved client portal to upload the FRA, choose a package and describe what you need help with. New clients can request free portal access.
Darren checks suitability and confirms the scope, price and delivery date. Payment is requested only after those details are agreed.
Your response is added to your portal. Where appropriate, we can discuss specialist surveys or help obtain separately scoped contractor quotations.
For urgent risks, follow the FRA’s immediate recommendations. This service is not an emergency response.
