A practical route from report to action.
Your request does not authorise work or confirm the property is compliant. We will agree any sharing with contractors before passing on your report. Uploaded third-party FRAs are clearly identified as client-supplied documents.
A works quotation enquiry is separate from our £95 independent written FRA review. New assessments, specialist surveys and formal verification are separately scoped.
If your report identifies an urgent risk, follow its immediate recommendations; do not wait for a quotation.
