This 4 hour course is designed and delivered with each learner in mind, whether they are a manager, employee or someone who wishes to gain knowledge to be able to help themselves or those around them.
​
Managers will learn how to reduce the impact of lost days due to mental health. Everyone will learn to recognise the causes and symptoms, discover how to manage these and where to find the right help and advice.

Our experienced, qualified and knowledgeable trainer has supported those in the emergency services as well as running workshops for the local community.
