Our Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) course is fully Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved, qualifying holders of this 3-year certificate to be effective and knowledgeable first aiders in the workplace.

This course can be adapted to suit a particular audience; for example, clerical, engineering or school staff.
Run by one of our qualified trainers over 3 days, this course includes both theory and practical sessions, giving learners the skills, understanding and confidence to respond effectively to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies they could encounter in their workplace.

Ask about our new blended learning option; you can complete the theory side of the qualification on line, after which one of our trainers will carry out the final face to face practical revision and exam for one day only.
Level 2 Activity First Aid Qualification (RQF)

Our Level 2 Activity First Aid Qualification (RQF) course is fully Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved with a 3-year certificate - to be undertaken by any responsible persons involved in sport activity.
Successful candidates will gain the knowledge and skills needed to treat a range of conditions that could occur during any form of activity, from life threatening illnesses to minor injuries.
Run by one of our qualified trainers over 2 days, this course includes both theory and practical sessions, giving learners the skills, understanding and confidence to respond effectively to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies they could encounter within sporting activiites.
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

Our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) course is fully Health and Safety Executive
(HSE) approved.
This qualification covers the role and responsibilities of a first aider, how to assess an incident and how to manage casualties. It can be adapted to suit a particular
audience; for example, office based staff, sports clubs or those who wish to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding to enable them to provide appropriate care and manage life-threatening conditions, minor illness and injuries.

respond effectively to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies that they could encounter.

Our Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved Level 3 Paediatric First Aid (RQF) course ensures all early years providers - including nurseries, childminders, and
schools - have complied with the legal requirement to ensure that adequate first aid provisions are available at all times, and that at least one qualified paediatric first
aider is present at all times.

Delivered by one of our qualified trainers over 2 days, this course includes both theory and practical sessions, ensuring successful learners will have covered all
aspects of the Paediatric Emergency First Aid qualification, which is valid for 3 years.
Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF)

Our Health and Safety Executive (HSE) approved Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) course develops skills, knowledge and understanding of paediatric first aid to provide care and manage incidences and injuries in early years’ settings and in the home devised for parents, grandparents and carers.

Delivered by one of our qualified trainers over 1 day, this course includes both theory and practical sessions, ensuring successful learners will have covered all aspects of the Paediatric Emergency First Aid qualification, which is valid for 3 years.

Our Annual First Aid at Work Refresher course is suitable for learners with a current Level
3 First Aid at Work or Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.
The HSE strongly recommend that all first aiders in the workplace are competent and maintain their skills throughout the 3 years in which their existing certificate is
valid.

Our half-day refresher course provides first aiders with an opportunity to practise and
update their skills, and as a qualified first aider ensuring that their knowledge remains current in order to satisfy the legal requirements for employers.
Level 2 Basic Life Support using CPR &

Our Level 2 CPR & AED (RQF) course is recommended training for first aiders in the workplace, or any person who has access to a defibrillator whether at work or public premises.
This comprehensive one day course provides the necessary theory and practical requirements for a quick, safe and prompt response, teaching the essential skills needed to perform CPR and operate any AED. This course will instil in learners the confidence and ability to perform at their best in an emergency, as well as teaching them of the importance this action plays in the chain of survival.
