ANNUAL FIRST AID AT WORK REFRESHER COURSE
“HSE strongly recommends that first aiders undertake annual refresher training, over half a day, during any 3-year certification period. Although not mandatory, this will help qualified first aiders maintain their basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first aid procedures.” - Health & Safety Executive
This course can be adapted to suit a particular audience; for example, clerical, engineering or school staff, giving learners updated skills, a better understanding and renewed confidence to respond effectively to a range of accidents and first aid emergencies that they could encounter in the workplace.

Why Attend This Course?
A quick response to starting CPR and the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) is proven to save lives. Our course teaches the essential skills needed to perform CPR and operate any AED, instilling in learners the confidence and ability to know what to do in an emergency and how to assist and communicate appropriately with the emergency services.

Where Can I Learn?
This half-day course can be held at your own premises on a date to suit your needs for a maximum of 12 learners per course. Alternatively you can attend one of our open courses at our training centre; please click here for availability and to book online.
Do I Need Previous Experience
Learners must be 16+ and are required to provide evidence of a current Level 3 First Aid at Work Certificate or Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate before commencing this course. All course material and equipment will be provided.
